Friends,
In recent months the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex has become a way station as migrant families move from the southern border to meet their sponsors or families elsewhere across the country.

Often, they arrive on short notice, are dropped off at one of two sites, and then must make arrangements to travel on to their destinations. These families are predominantly mothers and fathers with small children, infant to school age. They arrive with nothing. No clothing, no food, no hygiene products. The need is great.

As part of an ecumenical and interfaith effort to care for these new neighbors, the Disaster Response Team of Grace Presbytery invites you to join us in providing hygiene products for these migrant families.

Below you will see directions for assembling hygiene kits. The cost of the contents is low, and assembling these kits is an easy mission project for all ages, especially youth groups and senior adults.

Currently, we need hundreds of these kits as soon as possible. Please join us in participating in this project.

Upon completion, do not send them to Church World Service. Please contact Rev. Jim Reinarz, and we will arrange to personally pick up completed kits.

If you have any questions, you may also contact Rev. Jim at your convenience.

Thank you for your help.
Blessings and peace.
