Healing Power of Story

Join us Wednesday, July 28th at noon for the latest installment in our Leadership Training Series: “The Healing Power of Story.” Registration is required. There is no cost to participate.

Our thanks to Rev. Dr. Lil Smith and the Congregational Support Committee, along with Faith & Grief Ministries, for their work to prepare and present this event.

Jeff Logan’s journey of faith took a remarkable turn when he and his wife, Linda, adopted two young sisters from Russia, Olga and Anastasia. His faith collided with grief when Linda’s diagnosis with colon cancer led to her untimely death in 2020.

Jeff speaks without platitudes about the struggles of living without the presence of Linda who provided light, joy, and perseverance to this family.

Jeff is the Director of Marketing at Dexas. He is a graduate of Iowa State University.

Mike Shaw will serve as liturgist. Fran Shelton will lead the Q&A session.
