 1. Fill out the Camper Application Form. Send one form for EACH child.
2. Send the completed registration form with check or money order for the $75 deposit per resident camp session. The deposit is required with every application to reserve a camper’s spot. Deposits are non-refundable.
3. You will receive a discount if paid in full by April 1.
4. A confirmation postcard indicating what forms need to be downloaded will be mailed to you.
5. Financial Assistance is available so every child in Grace Presbytery may have the opportunity to attend. For aid, fill out the Scholarship Application form by the scholarship application deadline, May 1.
The scholarship application must be filled out completely and signed by a Minister, Educator, or Clerk of Session in the camper's home church.
Scholarships will not exceed 50% of camp registration fee. Campers are eligible for a scholarship for one camp session only; this allows more children to benefit from scholarship funds.
6. We will maintain waiting lists until three days prior to each session.
7. All camp fees must be paid two weeks prior to opening day of the session.
